Product Overview
Our F4 Type Flanged Gate Valve with Split Body is engineered for superior performance and reliability in industrial piping systems requiring full-open or full-close service. Its robust split-body design ensures exceptional maintenance convenience, while the F4 (Raised Face) flange connection guarantees a secure and leak-proof seal under demanding conditions. Key Features & Advantages
  • Split Body Design: The valve body is constructed in two sections, bolted together at the centerline. This innovative design allows for quick and easy inspection, maintenance, or replacement of internal components without removing the valve from the pipeline, drastically reducing downtime and maintenance costs.
  • F4 Raised Face Flange End: Features a standard F4 (RF) flange face according to GB/JB standards, compatible with international Raised Face flanges (ASME B16.5). This ensures a tight seal with a gasket and prevents leakage in high-pressure applications.
